Click HERE for registration form. Please mail your completed/signed form to: Family Theatre, Inc. 831 Bayview Drive, Hermosa Beach, CA 90254. You may also scan and email it to: familytheatreinc@yahoo.com. If you pay for the camp within a week of the camp's start date, please bring the form the first day.
Pay your registration fee online. We will email you noting that we received your online payment. (it is not an automated email). If you have not received an email from us in approximately 48 hours, please email us regarding your payment.

*Reg. fee does not include costumes or costume fee (costume fee amt. determined by number and type of costumes), tickets to shows or microphone fee (lead roles who wear a mic). 

Refund policy:  Family Theatre, Inc. has a no refund policy.  Cancellation of payment may occur only if done within 72 hours of payment and must happen prior to 1st rehearsal.  No refunds or cancellations on or after each production's first rehearsal.
